30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your DreamAlign™ Pillow for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund. No hassle, no drama.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your pillow arrives damaged or defective simply email us at support@solvixspace.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return required.

Change of Mind Returns:
If you would like to return your pillow for any other reason you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive confirmation of return we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
